A QR code will be allocated to you which you can share with you customers over messaging or paste at your physical outlets. Customers can find you on the app using this QR Code or a search box. Once they find you, they can straightaway use the "Join Queue" feature to virtually join your queue. You can approve their queue request on your dashboard once you are ready to serve them and that's it! You helped your customer bypass the entire waiting time and prevented losing your customer as well. But WAIT!
